The counting of ballots of Supreme Court Bar Association (SCBA) polls for 2024-25, which was suspended on Friday following chaos, started again around 2:45pm on Saturday.
The election conducting sub-committee convenor Abul Khayer confirmed the matter to media.
Earlier on Friday, the counting of votes was suspended following commotion and scuffle at SCBA auditorium. Later, police went to the spot and took the custody of ballots.
The two-day voting ended on Thursday peacefully. But on Friday, the chaos ensued over the counting.
The ballots were sealed and under the custody of police, said the election conducting sub-committee convenor on Friday.
