Actress Nusrat Faria released from Kashimpur Central Jail in Gazipur on Tuesday afternoon.
She walked out of the central women jail around 3:30PM, the jail senior super Kawalin Nahar confirmed.
He said Nusrat Faria’s bail papers reached the prison at about 12:30PM. After that, she was handed over to the family.
Earlier this morning, Dhaka Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Mostafizur Rahman granted her bail in a attempt to murder case accepting the bail petition submitted by her lawyer Barrister Mohammad Iftekher Hossain.
Faria was arrested on Sunday (May 18) at Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport while attempting to travel to Thailand.
On May 19, the case was filed with Bhatara Police Station accusing 285 individuals, including 17 actors.
