A Supreme Court lawyer on Monday filed a writ petition with the High Court seeking its directive to the authorities concerned of the government to submit the list of the movable and immovable properties of the government servants and publish it on the website.
Adv Subir Nandi Das submitted the petition with the HC as a public interest litigation.
Subir Nandi said, “I have submitted the writ petition seeking directives for submission of the list of the government servants’ properties to prevent accumulation of illegal wealth (movable or immovable).”
Secretaries of the Cabinet, public administration, home ministry; and chairman of the ACC, Bangladesh Bank governor have been made respondents in the writ
