The mobile court of Chittagong Development Authority has evicted 7 unauthorized shops in CDA Agrabad residential area of ​​Chittagong city.
On Monday (June 24), these 7 shops built without permission were evicted on the ground floor of the building under construction at Road No-27, Plot No-49 of CDA Agrabad Residential Area.
Chittagong Development Authority Special Metropolitan Magistrate Tahmin Afroz Chowdhury led the eviction campaign. Chittagong Development Authority Authorized Officer-2 Tanjib Hossain, Assistant Authorized Officer Md Hamidul Haque, Building Inspector ASM Mizan, Mohammad Abu Zafar Iqbal and Gaurang Chandra Pal were present at this time.
Confirming the matter, Chittagong Development Authority’s Authorized Officer-2 Tanjib Hossain said that Chowk Chairman Bir Muktijoddha Mohammad Yunuch has instructions to conduct mobile courts against buildings constructed and under construction in violation of building construction rules.
As a result, during the operation of the mobile court, shop owners and plot owners operating shops in residential plots were instructed to close their shops as soon as possible
