Home Adviser Lieutenant General (Retd) Md Jahangir Alam Chowdhury has called on the public to pray for the recovery of Inquilab Moncho spokesperson Osman Hadi, who remains critically ill after a gun attack in Dhaka.
“Please pray for the recovery of our younger brother Osman Hadi so that he comes back to us… offer your prayers after Jummah tomorrow,” he said while speaking to journalists at the Secretariat.
The Home Adviser also appealed to followers of all faiths to join in praying for Hadi’s recovery.
Hadi, who was critically injured in an attack on December 12, is currently receiving treatment at a hospital in Singapore.
