A foreign female student (25) died after a Pajero car collided with a road divider in Link Road area under Patenga police station of Chittagong.

The accident took place in the Charpara area of ​​Link Road on Tuesday (April 16) early morning. However, the identity of the deceased was not immediately known. The deceased student is said to be a citizen of Laos.
Aftab Hossain, Officer-in-Charge (OC) of Patenga police station confirmed the matter.
He said that a Pajero car collided with the road divider this morning. A foreign female student was seriously injured. He was quickly rescued and taken to Chittagong Medical College (CHMEC) hospital where the doctor on duty declared him dead. I learned that she is a citizen of Laos and a student at Asian Women’s University. We have contacted the university authorities.
