The court has issued an arrest warrant against Nurul Haque Noor in the Digital Security Act case in Chittagong.

Cyber ​​Tribunal Chittagong Judge Zahirul Kabir gave this order after the hearing on Monday (April 15).
The case was filed under the Digital Security Act on charges of ‘insulting’ Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, Education Minister Mahibul Hasan Chowdhury and Chhatra League and Jubo League. The plaintiff in the case on June 14, 2022 is Shahriar Yasir Arafat, the former legal secretary of Chhatra League Chittagong University branch.
Mezbah Uddin Chowdhury, the official counsel of the tribunal told the media that the court issued an arrest warrant against Nurul Haque after the report given to the CID in a case two years ago.
