ndian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has sent a letter to Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina conveying his warmest greetings on the occasion of the holy Eid-ul-Azha.
“In his letter, Prime Minister Modi highlighted that the festival reminds us of the values of sacrifice, compassion and brotherhood, which are essential in building a peaceful and inclusive world,” said an official source of Indian High Commission here today.
The Indian Prime Minister also described Eid-Al-Azha as “an integral part of our multi-cultural heritage.”
Modi wished Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina’s continued good health and wellbeing, the source added.
